Terms of Use

HEREWORDS is a free word game offered for personal entertainment. By playing the game or reading the pages on this site, you agree to these terms.

The game

The words, scores, and guesses are part of a game. A score has no cash value, and it cannot be exchanged for anything outside the game. The site may change the rules, the word lists, or the way points are awarded.

Your use of the site

You may play the game and read the pages for your own use. You may not copy the site, the word lists, or the artwork in order to run a competing service, and you may not interfere with the site or attempt to break it.

Advertising

Pages may show advertisements provided by Google. An ad is not an endorsement by HEREWORDS. If you follow an ad, you leave this site and deal with that other party under its own terms.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. It may be unavailable, and a game in progress can be lost if you close the page. HEREWORDS is not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or from the ads shown on it.

Changes

These terms may be updated by posting a new version on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
